Causes of Heel Pain

When to Wear Flip-Flops

Flip-flops are extremely popular during the summer thanks to their ability to allow the feet to breathe and their ease-of-wear. Yet there are some problems with them. Flip-flops do not provide proper foot support, decrease foot protection, and increase the risk of fungal and bacterial infections. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t wear flip-flops; knowing when to wear them and what to look for when buying a pair is most important. Treating Corns and Calluses at Home
